What an absolute joke of a doctors office. After all the good staff has left, I finally get an appt. Was at 8:15. Couldn't remember if 8:15 or 8:45. So I pulled up Google. It says opens at 8:30. I start calling at 8, get answering service. Walk in at 8:34 and ask about my appointment. She said it was at 8:15 so they couldn't see me. Mine you, I have sat there hours before waiting on them. Dr. Peterson is the best! She has taken very good care of myself and my parents. Very thorough and takes time to listen to me. Very thankful for her!
As this was my first time at Eastern Cardiology, I was put at ease with Brittany. I felt she actually listened to my concerns, scheduled testing and made a follow-up appointment.I highly recommend this practice.
I could not be more pleased with the service my mother has received at Eastern Cardiology. The NP that she saw was very thorough and understanding with my mom. She treated her with such ease and really seemed to listen and pay attention to my moms concerns. Hats off to you Brittany for handling things in such a professional manner.
