I've been getting my car washed here for a long time, and all the employees are very friendly, from the guys in the back to the cashiers. But on Friday I had a terrible experience. The owner of the establishment was there, yelling at the employees and insulting them, as if it weren't for them that the business is still running. Nobody deserves to be treated that way when they're working hard and doing their best to provide quality service.
