I hired Eastern Bug Busters to have squirrels removed from the attic. A pest control field tech scheduled the first visit on Mar 23, 2020 but never showed up after my tenant arranged to have someone available at home. When I reached out to the tech, he simply responded that it was raining that day. He did not bother to update me that he decided to cancel. I purchased a home that was previously treated for termites with Easter Bug Busters, this was our first spring/summer in the house and the termites have returned. My realtor gave me the invoice that shows the treatment had a 5 year warranty. I have been calling this company since April leaving multiple VM's and nobody has bothered to return my calls. I had a terrible problem with carpenter bees in the pitch of my roof over the garage that were swarming all over my back deck. I called Gil and he immediately came and fixed the problem. He went over and beyond what I expected. He was also very reasonable compared to other companies and also gave me a guarantee. I am now bee free and highly recommend this company for any pest problems
