Needed to have some minor, but important work done on our 6 year old 22 CC. This is our third Eastern and have not yet had to work directly with the company since they moved away from the dealer network model. Email to customer service was answered quickly. Coordinating drop off was easy. When I arrived, company owner Greg was walking between buildings and unhooked the trailer while I was in coordinating with Jami in service. Beautiful boats and great people
Purchased a used Eastern in Massachusetts. I called Eastern for advice on a re-power. I was blown off. Hired Boat Master trailers (JDCI) to build a proper trailer for this boat. JDCI attempted to contact Eastern, multiple times, for the schematics of the hull, so they could build the trailer correctly. Eastern couldn’t be bothered to respond.
