Beautiful boats and great people
Purchased a used Eastern in Massachusetts. I called Eastern for advice on a re-power. I was blown off. Hired Boat Master trailers (JDCI) to build a proper trailer for this boat. JDCI attempted to contact Eastern, multiple times, for the schematics of the hull, so they could build the trailer correctly. Eastern couldn’t be bothered to respond. Why buy a over-priced stock boat when you can have a top quality one custom built for you?
As an employee of Eastern Boats, I must say this place is pretty awesome. They genuinely care about thier employees, customers and thier quality of work. Very top notch place to work.
If we could leave more stars we would! We bought a new Eastern, and it's a terrific boat! We can not say enough good things about it! The guys at Eastern did some work on the boat for us, and they did an excellent job and treated us very fairly. The head of service, Jason, was very helpful and friendly. And president Bob as well! if you're looking for a company that makes great boats and goes above and beyond, this is it!
