Best weightlifting gym in Mississauga
Marius is a great coach and really cares about the improvement of his athletes!
I've really enjoyed working with Coach Marius for the past couple of months. He's helped improve my Oly lifts, in technique and in weight. He challenges me to get out of my comfort zone and is patient with my mistakes. The gym space is pleasant, clean, and airy, and there is plenty of good quality equipment.
I trained under the watchful eye of Marius for years and used his weightlifting techniques to help me get to my strongest in many of my lifts. Love the new gym, a great space for anyone looking to get started or expand their training. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and I couldn't recommend this place anymore!
