I’ve used Dave at Eastern Bay Marine for a couple repairs on two different boats. The overall experience, professionalism and timeliness of the repairs was excellent on both. The first repair was to resecure a center console on an older boat where the wood inside the hull had rotted over time and the console had come completely off. Eastern Bay fixed it solidly, and the quality of the repair to the fiberglass they needed to cut through to fix it was redone so clean you could not tell where the work was done. We've been using Eastern Bay for years as our winterizing and storage go-to, as well as for any repairs. Excellent service, very responsive, and totally trustworthy. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Used this shop to replace drive controls. With a entire new assembly. Went well. No issues with the shop at all. Done in a timely manner. Had other concerns weeks later. Dropped boat back off. Boat was having starting issues. This whole repair was hacked. Never communicated work performed never communicated a price until 20mins before i picked up.
