Good place to get fit I've found this facility to be a good place to get fit. You'll find all ages, all body sizes here so everyone will feel comfortable. It's not all hard bodies at all. I would call it fitness for everyone, with a "no-attitude" vibe. Very friendly staff makes you feel welcome. I like the lay-out where machines and free weights can all be used in an airy, big space.
