I had to give them 150 up front until my insurance company processed my claim, and was told I’d get the money back once the claim went through. Aetna processed the claim, I never saw a dime back.
Best acupuncture office in Worcester. Doctors are great, very experienced and also very nice to patients. I am getting relief from low back pain which i had for many years. Office staff is very nice and helpful.
From the first call I was impressed with the customer response. They answered the phone and booked an appointment. What I didn't know was that was there day off and took my call with the store closed. I'm very happy with the care and services they provide and will continue to book an appointment for the next visit.

I had a great experience yesterday, it was my first time getting acupuncture in a long time. Jadranka was so wonderful, knowledgeable, and asked many a questions and listened intently about my health concerns. The needle placement was painless and was so soothing and relaxing i almost fell asleep, today I can report that my seasonal allergies are about 90% better than they were yesterday! (Which is one of the things we addressed) Would 10/10 recommend this place to my family and friends!
