Quality Assurance with replacement windows/sliding doors not very good Eastern Aluminum supplied the windows for my house built in 2007. They are Simonton Pro-Finish windows and sliding doors (2). I had a top window sach fogging up in December 2010 (the gas had escaped from the double pane). Easter Aluminum reordered a new sach, I picked it up and installed it myself - no problem whatsoever.
