Been here a few times yo deliver ZINC. U must scale in loaded n empty. After getting on the scale, there r 2 phone #'s..call to check in...they will assign u a door. Place opens at 7am. They pretty quick to unload. Usually 45 minutes. They have overnight parking.

Big open lot, once you get on the scale call the office they will assign you a door, quick unload, after unload go back on the scale and call office and park and go in get paper work, there is space to park overnight
