Had our ductwork cleaned today after getting a new hvac system installed. From estimate to service the process was quick and easy. Work was done well and all of our questions were answered. We are happy with the results.
Tristian and Ryan were great! I couldn’t find my one cat and they made sure to come tell me they found her hiding spot. They wished my little one a happy birthday which made him very happy. They were fast, efficient and talked me through the process. Highly recommend
I'm afraid we'd have to give this company a low/fair rating. Two guys came to clean our ductwork, and while their attitudes were helpful enough, they simply didn't have sufficient training to do the job. In addition, no one ever called to confirm the appointment the day before (my wife had to call them), and when they passed the 10-12 arrival time, we received no call letting us know they would be late.
