GREAT experience with Bob and Steve. They built my custom home in 2016 -- from selecting building site, plans, etc. Highly recommend!
I have to say Bob is a no BS guy. He gave us an affordable budget and even though material prices went up by 30%, he came back asked for a 5% performance bonus if he could finish the job 2 weeks ahead of time. Was happy to oblige
BEWARE!! Do not do business with Robert Picard. He is completely incompetent. We contracted with his company to do a 900 square foot addition. We were told the job would take 6-8 weeks. We are now into week 59 and there is still no sign of completion. He has no one to man the job. He has no materials. His sub contractor’s are saying they haven’t been paid. Absolutely a thief !!! Gave Bob Picard a $5,000 deposit and struggled for almost a year chasing him down for a floor plan. In the end he wanted an astonishing amount of money for a 1 floor house plan!!!!! Beware of this guy!!! I have many emails to back this up...!!! I wouldn’t give him 1 Star....
