Bad quality very rude customer service
I cannot fathom or comprehend any possible bad reviews. I am a local guide who has seen and reviewed many places and these 1-star reviews are so extremely odd to me. Simply put: the company is perfect. The opening times are accurate, the personel is so super friendly, it felt like being received by a family.
