Wow! Just WOW! I get home from work around 8pm and it's 80° in my house. I check for a clog in the drain. No clog. Outside unit is running. Air inside is running. I'm at a loss. Being a single female this is NOT my area of expertise. I asked a friend if he knew someone who would check it out that was honest. He sends me a card with this guy's info. Have a propane furnace that quit working at 11pm. Have used Easterly Heating & Cooling in the past & since he's always done a good job & I know I can trust him, I called. I was surprised he answered since it was so late but he didn't hesitate to help. An hour later he showed up & fixed the problem. And with it being so cold (5 above zero at the time) I was extremely thankful. I've lived in this area since 1988 & Easterly's is by far, the best I've dealt with. Thanks Josh for going above & beyond to help me out.
My new go to company for any AC or heating needs. This company is truly 24 hours! I called him on a Saturday night and Josh came within an hour. Fast, friendly, and professional! Would recommend 10/10
He was the 3rd guy we had come out. First 2 charged us $500 with no results. He fixed our unit within an hour and charged us nothing. You need to call him. He is the go to guy!
