So very rude - called the office to get an apt for our dog. Very very very rude receptionist said they didn’t have time they already had another emergency. When we ask if we could give any medicine to help ease the pain until we came in her exact words were “the vet said it’s your dog you can do whatever you want” We went ahead and got an appointment for 9 AM the next morning - when we arrive with the dog, we were told we did not have an appointment.
