Avoid! This practice tried to bully me into paying for something that was covered by my medical insurance and then charged me for a smaller item telling me it wasn’t covered. which i since have had confirmed by the Insurance they have also paid. Very unethical.
Stay away from this sketchy business. They asked us to pay in cash and didn't provide a receipt. They are now refusing to to give us our Medicare rebate. This place is out here to rip off vulnerable women.
I was surprised to see the bad reviews. I had the best care I've ever had. I certainly have had my fair share of incompationate drs and nurses in my life. Nurse Dawn was a dream sent and the male Doctor (I forgot his name ) was actually invested in helping me. I immediately recommended them to my sister who also suffers from reoccurring miscarriages. I feel terrible for those who had a hard time. Big hugs.
All of the staff we're amazing, they we're kind and welcoming and just an overall 10/10 especially Dr Julie. I was so stressed and nervous about my appointment and she was patient and calming beyond belief
