Seems really nice and kind at the start but - Pressured me into getting a surgical procedure instead of the medical procedure I wanted (and I definitely qualify for) Requested I pay cash on arrival due to “eftpos issues when it rains” Confused my fasting times multiple times, misplaced my booking. They made me wait till Friday when I called on Monday just to find out if I got the medical termination i requested it could’ve been earlier. Avoid! This practice tried to bully me into paying for something that was covered by my medical insurance and then charged me for a smaller item telling me it wasn’t covered. which i since have had confirmed by the Insurance they have also paid. Very unethical.
Stay away from this sketchy business. They asked us to pay in cash and didn't provide a receipt. They are now refusing to to give us our Medicare rebate. This place is out here to rip off vulnerable women.
