Too bad there isn't a 0 star option. Wish I had read the reviews before requesting services. I had extensive back surgery and needed to make the 3 hr trip to my home on a stretcher. When the 2 employees arrived at my room, they took the blanket, sheets and 3 pillows from my bed. That should have been my first clue something was amiss. The inside of the van was not clean and very hot. I assumed the A/C would kick on and cool the interior off once we got going. Didn't happen. THIS IS THE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN MIAMI! DRIVER FERNANDO IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF AND OFFICE MANAGER ARE DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE. MT SINAI AND INSURANCE COMPANIES NEED TO REMOVE THEIR CONTRACTS FROM EAST COAST TRANSPORTATION! THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY FOR THE PASSENGERS, THEY'RE PAID TO SERVICE. SUCH AN TRAUMATIC AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHILE RECOVERING FROM SURGERY.
The worst transportation company, Mount Sinai, Miami Beach had coordinated transportation for 88 year old fathers doctors appointment they never showed I called them 5 times each time they told us in 20 minutes the driver would arrive even after they lied to me each time it Never happened
My wife had to be transferred from Miami to Fort Laudable. The personal involved were very supportive and caring. She was very happy with their services.
Terrible servicio. No recomendable, super impuntuales e informales. Mas d 2horas esperando por el transporte, y cada 20mn llamaban para comentar que estaban a 10mn de distancia. Luego se llamó y la respuesta es q los transportes casualmente se habían descompuesto en la ida. Si no tienen capacidad para prestar el servicio, mi recomendación es q se retiren del negocio
