If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is absolutely unacceptable. We called at 7:20 PM to schedule an 8:15 PM pickup. By 8:45 PM, we were told the driver would be another 45 minutes because they were finishing with another patient. At 9:20 PM, we called again—only to be told, once again, that it would be another 45 minutes. Meanwhile, the patient has been sitting and waiting for over two hours in a closed hospital. I needed to have a procedure done at Mount Sinai ( Miami Beach), my primary's office connected this service to me . My procedure was to start at 8 am . I called over 7 different times with the company to confirm. Even though everything was confirmed , the driver called me past 9 PM to confirm and even threatened me he would not pick me up if I didn't return his call . Incidente 04/10/2026 El transporte es muy viejo. Se siente olor a gases como cuando un auto quema aceite.Pienso que Mount Sinai Medical Center no debe tener este tipo de transportacion para mover a pacientes. Esos transportes deben ser sustituidos por nuevos para merecer un contrato con un Hospital. Las camillas son pre-historicas , insegura para el paciente. Con exceso de movimiento para un paciente.
