Absolutely and utterly TERRIBLE business model. Cancelled an appointment, and then cannot confirm the appointment until the day before, MAYBE, and only to potentially cancel again? No thanks. I’m surprised your rating is even 3 stars. Terrible.

East Coast Fireplace is truly wonderful. Their installers, Luis and Luvy were very professional and very courteous. From start to finish, every step was done on time, and the end result is a beautiful Majestic Wood Fireplace recessed into the wall. I highly recommend this company. Their stone work installer Brian was very professional and courteous too. I highly recommend this company.
The salesman Allen seemed to be judgemental on how much I could spend. He also suggested that when I was ready to purchase, I should bring a check to avoid a 3 percent credit card processing fee. Just sell me what I want and don't worry about how I spend my money. I felt racially profiled and this establishment will not be getting my money in any type of way
We contacted this company to come inspect our fireplace/chimney as it was leaking. They came and charged $200 for the inspection annd forthcoming report and told us that the $200 would come off the repair work when completed. We never received the report. We called numerous times over the course of 2 months and were given multiple excuses why the report wasn’t completed.
