We are very happy with the purchase and installation of our new fireplace. We replaced a wood burning with an electric fireplace. The technicians coordinated the installation with our contractor and provided excellent drawings which allowed the contractor to prepare for the installation which was done quickly by East Coast Fireplace.
They were great from first time review and estimate to installation. Extremely happy with the end result.
I found it very easy to work with East Coast Fireplace. They were prompt in providing the initial estimate and then worked with me to review the alternatives. They always answered the phone when I called and did their best to accommodate my needs. They did a great job installing the unit.
