Brian was great. Very thorough and neat.
The worst part was getting an appointment. They answered the phone right away, but b/c of how busy they are, scheduling took about 3–4 weeks (clearly in high demand), but once the appointment was set, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, including helpful SMS reminders. The technician arrived right on time, clearly explained the scope of work, brought protective coverings, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. Contractor was punctual, price was reasonable\as expected and service call issue was VERY quickly diagnosed and issue was resolved.
East Coast Fireplace technicians showed up promptly and addressed and repaired our fireplace. I would recommend their services.
