Used Eastcoast for a tire swap back in May 2025 and service was excellent. Thought this would become my go to service spot locally. I had to change one tire in January 2026 and the service I received was completely different. They had different personnel compared to when I went few months back but the feedback, the service, attention to detail, Customer service was poor. This guys are good
***ROUGH COUNTRY Floor board install for 2025 Ram 1500*** Based on reviews I went here. I called at 9am and Billy the owner said to come on down whenever I wanted today and he would have them installed. I came down at 1 and had the truck back at 3:30. Great job, truck looks fantastic. He even said stop back into the shop a few weeks and we will put you back on the lift to make sure all is still tight and that's free of charge. Ill be back for that and any other work I need done.
My husband and I agree on this - we had an awesome experience with this shop. Had our tires and alignment done on a Tesla, Billy (owner) and his team did a great job - very fair pricing, flexible and helpful, great timeline for the job- customer service was truly top notch. What a nice guy. Looking forward to bringing our other cars over to Billy and his guys for future work!
Dropped off my F-150 to ECA-Inc to get my new set of falkens out on. The guys were great and the Owner is a really good person. The truck was in and out within the time the owner had mentioned. I had a cover hanging from under my truck and they got that tidied up. I’ll def be bringing my truck here to get my tires and suspension work done when needed.
