this company installed a heat/air conditioner combo in our house. they placed the unit in another spot than the one we had told them. i was not home when they did this and when i questioned it his immediate response was "i can't change it now" in a very snarky voice. i said i understood that, but now that it was directly at the end of our deck that we had planned to put steps across i was trying to minimize the damage. also there was no cowling or anything with the unit to protect the fins from damage and this side was expos... read more
