I had a wonderful experience with Eastchester Kitchens & Bath . From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me make the right choices for the remodel of my kitchen. The quality of the work was fabulous and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Lady was rude on the phone...
We worked with Jonathan and Gary for what ended up being over a year start to finish. They were very patient, had good design ideas, and the prices were fair. Highly recommend.
I honestly don’t think they even deserve one star. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The person named Gary was extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and sarcastic. He clearly has no understanding of how to treat people with basic courtesy and respect. We felt deeply offended by his behavior, and his words were genuinely hurtful and upsetting. I absolutely do not recommend this place. No customer should be treated with this level of disrespect.
