I had an appointment to address a recall. Kier was my service agent. He was excellent! Communication and Timely Repair were two key factors that I appreciated from Kier and the service department. Thank you for making my experience seamless.

Best service center around!!! Usually other shops give you the run around and have u wait but not these guys. I had to get my 2021 Durango towed to them and within 1 day they had an update starter was shot. Radiator was also replaced under warranty. By the 2nd day it was fixed and i was back on the road. Purchasing an extended warranty really saved me on the cost. Eastchester Dodge takes most extended warranties. Just call first and verify. Thank ya and i will Definitely coming back for all my repairs.
