Kier is a professional and is very kind and polite. He is very likable, which is very important because if I didn't like him or his personality, I would never return to Chrysler Jeep for any servicing for my car. But because he is such a great person I will always bring my car to him whenever it needs repairs.
Rafael was eager to do his job well, he listened and communicated with courtesy. He is very knowledgeable with the computer and the product he' s working with.
