My family has leased and/or purchased multiple vehicles from this location over the years, including the vehicle currently covered by an extended warranty purchased through them. After waiting a full week for a service appointment, I dropped my vehicle off in the morning expecting it would be evaluated and repaired if covered under warranty. Eastchester dealer very disappointed in service repair for inspection, when it is free. The state did not fail me you did to get me to purchase over a thousand in merchandise will not go back for the free inspection or and oil change. Tried to do business with dealer Thank God their are other mechanic shop with license that charge less and do more stop taking advantage of people in the community
