First off, let me start by saying the venue team is awesome. Devon, Kaitlin, Jerry and the rest of the maintenance team was in my opinion top notch. What I did have an issue with, is the roach infestation that my family was forced to live with for a year. A big corporation like Friedlam partners llc should not be allowing this at all. 1st, the pictures posted on the website, on Zillow and all of the other websites are not true pictures of the property. The name has been changed from Eastbrook Apartments. The bedrooms are small, mold is on every new building built in 2018-19 that are across from the old apartments at The Venue. This complex is pricey. For the money we pay, management should be more attentive to the concerns of the tenants. Our apartment has serious mold inside and they treated it by using a mixture of clorox and another chemical. Great residence to raise kids. Primarily quiet. Great office help. Respectable maintenance. Highly recommended
All good at first when you move in ,then bug you (mainly Devon), to leave a review with in the first week. Then, when moving out, completely scams you and keep your entire deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment. The only decent thing was the maintenance team. The rest can kick rocks. If I never see them again it will still be too soon.
