Seeing all the other bad reviews on here is not surprising. The staff well Atleast 2 members were nothing but unhelpful and rude and over defences of their radiators which are terrible in design and quality. My customer spent an eye watering £950 on 2 small aluminium radiators. Then they expect the installer to hammer in a plastic round flow diverter to make them work correctly because of the very poor design. Mirror. After 5 months hanging in bathroom, where it is designed for, two corners of their mirror showed signs of oxidation/desilvering. Also the clock adjustment function stopped working. Only showing correct time 6 months a year. No cleaning products of any sort were used on the mirror. Bathroom Centre Fife use this company to supply goods to their customers.
4th attempt at getting an order right but they failed again send front panels without magnets and clips bent radiators bent top grills Andsent the wrong sizes. Even though the paperwork clearly states what we ordered, they failed to deliver on time and send the incorrect items We had advised to stay clear of this company
Been dealing with Eastbrook for over 20 years and never any complaints - great service, great products, great price points; couldn’t ask for more! Would not use this company 20% restocking charge on any returned item is an absolute joke. Im a bathroom fitted i will never be using them again
