Renewed my lease here for a second time. Management is fantastic. Super accommodating. Maintenance is very fast and efficient. My initial complaints were fixed without hesitation. Overall I’ve hada great experience here. A gym would make it even better!
Eastbrook has been my home for 4 1/2 years and I love it here! The area is quiet and well kept. I also love the fact that they engage with the tenants frequently! I’ve never heard of an apartment complex actually having activities for all to participate in the eastbrook community! I love it here

Living here has been such a great experience! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond anytime I need something. You can tell they really care about the residents. I also love that they host fun community events, it makes it feel more like home and not just a place to live. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and it’s just a comfortable, welcoming environment overall. Highly recommend!
