Horrible place! My mother was left in soiled adult diaper for hours multiple times and developed raw/rash. She has gone up to 10 days w/o showers. The food isn’t edible, it’s cold and very small portions. The required diet is frequently incorrect. Meals have been up to 2 1/2 hours late. There was no hydration for 6 hours until I visited.
