It is beyond frustrating attempting to call and check on a patient. Literally, no one answers the phone. I do not understand this because when I go to visit the patient, multiple employees are sitting the the nurses station, some a chatting about personal things, some are on cell phones so I know the phones are in reaching distance of the employees. Do you just tune the phones out after being there a while. There are family members that cannot get to the facility to visit their loved ones on a daily basis. Please do better!
Just wanted talk a moment mention Jennifer M. She took the time to assist me the other day and went above and beyond to help. She was extremely professional and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Outstanding work!
Horrible place! My mother was left in soiled adult diaper for hours multiple times and developed raw/rash. She has gone up to 10 days w/o showers. The food isn’t edible, it’s cold and very small portions. The required diet is frequently incorrect. Meals have been up to 2 1/2 hours late. There was no hydration for 6 hours until I visited. The bed linens are torn and stained, see photos. This place needs shut-down!!! The Asst. Nursing Director is currently on license probation for falsifying records!!!!! I found out my mother in law fell last night, but can’t get anyone to answer the phone to find out what happened. Food is awful!
