Extremely impressed and grateful for the service I have received at Gentle Dental. Dr Ali and Jess are an incredible team; through their professionalism and warmth they made my wisdom tooth extraction a pleasant experience. Dr. Ali and Amy were absolutely fantastic. The first dentist that has ever sat down and listened to my concerns and checked everything over properly. And I'm glad he did as previous dentists have made serious errors it seems. From doing a full exam and X-Rays which I was shown and had explained in such a fantastic way. I'm a regular patient of this clinic. Diego, who is my dentist, is professional but easy to talk to, friendly and approachable, fostering trust and confidence. He is understanding and always willing to address any fears or concerns about dental procedures. I also like the fact, that he is honest and transparent about treatment options available, and if treatment is not best for you, he will make it clear. 💙 Practice itself is clean, all staff are friendly and attentive. No hidden costs. Solid 5 stars.
I went for my new patient exam yesterday. The team were very welcoming, friendly and the service received was exceptional. My dentist identified areas I was missing when brushing and gave me tips on how to ensure these aren't getting missed. It was identified that I needed one filling, which was done immediately. My dentist was also very clear in giving instructions and keeping me informed as to what he was about to do.
