My daughter loves it there. Coach Evan S is great. Carmen at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The gym is very big with lots of seating, tv's, and viewing windows.
There’s a female ‘coach’ here that is incredibly rude and miserable to parents and it makes me question how and why she’s leading children. Don’t know her name but she has a tattoo on the back of her neck. Please work on your manners and ability to be an approachable human being. EYGC - I think it’s important for you to be aware and coach your staff accordingly. Aside from the above, this facility is nice and well equipped. I do however wish they spent time giving parents feedback on their child’s progress.
Unfortunately, our experience has not been as positive as we had hoped. At times, the centre appears quite crowded, and we have felt that the level of attention and communication could be improved. On one occasion, I tried to contact the centre to check on my child but was unable to get through, which was concerning as a parent.I understand that managing a busy centre can be challenging, but I believe stronger communication and customer support would greatly improve the experience for families.
