Just avoid using an ambulance at all costs. Staff is rude and dismissive threatening to send a bill to collections for something that they are responsible for. The VA told me this is the first they’ve ever heard of a staff being so unwilling to help. If you need medical help get a ride to the hospital and please avoid this org to save your mental health.

East Windsor Ambulance is absolutely terrible. I called them for a medical emergency, knowing it would be expensive but thinking they'd actually help. Instead, the first responders were callous and cold. I was screaming in pain, and all they did was repeatedly ask which hospital I wanted to go to, ignoring the fact that I didn't know the area and just needed help. First responders are great. Meghan in the billing office is horrible. Had an attitude both times we called an was completely unwilling to do her job.
