I had such a good experience here, the holistic vet I saw had a warm welcoming manner, took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my cat and all the details of the test results, offering me options of natural plant remedies combined with pharmaceutical medicines which was so incredibly refreshing. The is one of the worst vets I’ve been too. Overpriced and useless. The communication was poor and overall felt like I was scammed. I got charged $500 and the issue reoccurred so I decided to go to another vet and was charged $210 for the exact same problem and solution.
They don't even deserve 1 star, but a post can't be done with no stars. We rang pm 31/3/25 to get a price for euthanasia for our ailing 15yo retriever. They wouldn't give a price over the phone as supposedly it had to be sent by email. Needless to say we went elsewhere and had excellent sympathetic service. This Vet used to be good, but this isn't the first bad experience we've had there over the last few years. I took my dog to the East * West Vet, and both my dog and I were treated with great respect. Kamani, the vet, thoroughly explained the procedure in detail and informed me in advance about any potential risks. I highly recommend this vet for your furry friend, as both the vet and the staff are friendly, professional, and highly trained.
Used to be good service, but new management took over has taken over standards have dropped and price increased. Would suggest to avoid.
