They don't even deserve 1 star, but a post can't be done with no stars. We rang pm 31/3/25 to get a price for euthanasia for our ailing 15yo retriever. They wouldn't give a price over the phone as supposedly it had to be sent by email. Needless to say we went elsewhere and had excellent sympathetic service. This Vet used to be good, but this isn't the first bad experience we've had there over the last few years. I took my dog to the East * West Vet, and both my dog and I were treated with great respect. Kamani, the vet, thoroughly explained the procedure in detail and informed me in advance about any potential risks. I highly recommend this vet for your furry friend, as both the vet and the staff are friendly, professional, and highly trained.

Used to be good service, but new management took over has taken over standards have dropped and price increased. Would suggest to avoid.

I recently took my cat to East West Veterinary in Bentleigh for an abscess, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care. They did a fantastic job treating my cat, handling the situation with both professionalism and compassion. The clinic was clean and the staff were friendly, making the experience much easier. My cat is doing much better now, thanks to their excellent treatment. Highly recommend!

Super grateful for the excellent care provided by the staff at this clinic. The team was extremely knowledgeable of our 9 year olds virus at the time, and provided her with the medication necessary which helped our dog get better fast! The staff was friendly and you could see they truly cared about the health of our dog. Highly recommend.
