I can’t be more pleased with how my rugs look! Kami is wonderful and his services are amazing. I highly recommend East & West rug cleaning. His knowledge and the care he takes with everything is terrific.
Excellent service. Kami is truly an expert with in-depth knowledge of hand made rugs. The cleaning process is very thorough and gentle. Repairs all done by hand - no cheap short cuts. He gave us wonderful background information about my husband's grandmother's antique Sarouk persian rug and tips on how to properly care and maintain our rugs. Highly recommend.
Absolutely easy to deal with and Kami was truly a professional and picked up and delivered our Persian carpet priorvto our move and wrapped it for shipping by the mover
Kami did a great job -- he even got out a rust stain that the movers caused, and he cleaned the stained fringes. His cleaning process is comprehensive and thorough -- he picked up, delivered, and reinstalled my carpet with great care and attention to detail. I will definitely hire him again.
East & West treated my rug with care and expertise. They created a nice fringe and removed an ugly glued-on one, I’ve never seen my rug look so good!
