Big Fraud … ran away , business shutdown .
I gave them a 2 because my hair transplant surgery was great - for the portion they did. I paid for $3,000 more that I paid on their in house credit and they never did the remaining implants, gave a refund, and now I have filed with HIPAA complaint because I can't even get my medical records. Pity that such talent is marred by fraud. Stay away, there are plenty of reputable firms that can do anything you can get here.
Always go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The nursing staff is great and honest about treatments. They told me about using groupon for extra deals too.
Professional and pleasant and knowledgeable
Dishonest and deceitful. They don’t honor a purchase that I made with a paid receipt in hand for a future purchase. I told them I was calling my credit card company and Groupon for which is on my receipt. They told me to go through them and not re-book through Groupon although Groupon is on receipt and not giving me services as stated for which I paid for on my receipt.
