Appointment at 4:15. Called earlier in the day to reschedule. Told to come in anyway. Sign in at 4:40. Receptionist calls me up at 7:15 and asks what I'm doing here. Explain the situation. I'm told my doctor left. The receptionist didn't know I was there even though I signed in. This isn't the first time I've waited over an hour for an appointed time. This place couldn't keep a schedule if a life depended on it. Hopefully your life doesn't depend on it. If it does, find another doctor, like I'm going to.
