If you can go with another home health care taker, please do so. Working with them is extremely hard and on top of that they are liars. My father just got home from another foot surgery and his surgeon and wound care center sent East West the referral to get him physical therapy. After 2 weeks, we did not hear back from them and upon calling, they told me they have no record of this referral. I call the wound care center and they stated they sent the referral twice already.
