Lost some parts for a E.W.E forklift jib. Contacted E.W.E. They responded immediately and were able to send me replacement parts free of charge including new information stickers for the jib. Fast, excellent service. Thank you.
Was looking for a set of rated Cat1 3pt linkage pallet forks. East west had just the set but Cat2. Spoke to them, sent in the specifications I needed to fit my Cat1 tractor linkage. Came back with drawings etc in a timely fashion. The finished product is great. The whole process was very professional.
