I have had good contractors in the past but I have never had a company that REALLY impressed me like these guys. The customer service was just stellar. They had to make three trips to my house due to the nature of my repair and each time they gave me an arrival time and met their promise each time. East-West was very quick to respond. Phil O. came out and gave us a no pressure, free estimate. The estimate seemed very reasonable to me. Chris D. was the technician that actually did our install. Very professional and finished in less time than he anticipated. He did a quality job that looks very good! I will definitely use East-West for any other electrical needs in the future.
