I have had the opportunity to join a Women’s Intermediate biklng group with Briana Knight, who is the Ambassador. She is a great host. After our bike venture, we gather at the shop and enjoy conversation and snacks to complete our experience.
Bar none, the best shop in OC. 1st class service and a great place to hang out and talk bikes.
Great bike shop. Honest, reliable and fair with repairs and recommendations. Encouraging & supportive of Zen Pedalers, my team that participates in YSC Tour de Pink West Coast, a 3 day, 200 mile bicycle ride to raise funds for Young Survival Coalition (YSC). YSC's mission is that no young woman face breast cancer alone.

I've never had a bad experience here or when on the phone with East West Bikes. Great customer service and always willing to help get you what you need whether it's a part, a bike or time for a custom fitting on your bike. These guys are amazing! I highly recommend them!
This shop treats you like a friend. It doesn't matter if you are just getting in to cycling or you are experienced, everyone is treated the same. Well done East West.
