Super long wait time when there's only three customers in the branch. They also purposely ignore a senior customer, so don't recommend it.
This branch has been EXCELLENT. I have been coming here for years. Mary Lau is polite and professional. They all have made me feel very welcome.
Accompanied my boss to the bank. My 6-year old kid was with me. Wanted to borrow the restroom but was refused and asked me to go to the restaurant next door. Will never use this bank!
