I received a call from this branch saying that I opened a credit card with East West Bank in February and applied for multiple refunds. They needed to verify my identity. This person had my name and email address. I opened a debit card many years ago, but it was closed not long after. So I called the customer service center and found out that I didn't have any account. The customer service staff and I confirmed that this was a scam call. I hope everyone and the manager of this branch can pay attention to this issue.
