WATCH SCAM CALL!!!!! Got an call form this number had my name and email address. Called back made sure that was a scam.
Do not get scam by this number. I don’t know if it’s AI or their employee really tried to scam people. Got a call and they claimed I had opened a credit card in China and tried to trick me into something( I didn’t fall for it)
I received a call from this branch saying that I opened a credit card with East West Bank in February and applied for multiple refunds. They needed to verify my identity. This person had my name and email address. I opened a debit card many years ago, but it was closed not long after. So I called the customer service center and found out that I didn't have any account. The customer service staff and I confirmed that this was a scam call. I hope everyone and the manager of this branch can pay attention to this issue.
