This is my first time coming to this branch. I like the longer business hours (till 7 PM on weekdays) because I can still make it in time after getting off work. Also the staff members are very polite and patient with my questions and requests. Great first impressions!
The Pleasanton branch staffs are very professional and friendly, super helpful. I definitely will recommend my kids and friends to this branch for banking needs.
