The staff judged the customer nationality and race by the name and keep asking whether the customer (I) can speak Chinese or not while I was speaking English. I have a Chinese name doesn't mean I can understand the language. As a loyal customer many years and been to many other locations and never had this type of experience feel like being questioning something that’s totally unrelated and unreasonable. I don't need to tell you publicly where I was born and where I was from just because of my name.

The bankers on this site are really nice, patient, and efficient. Delilah Chen helped my parents open personal accounts and guided them through all the options and documents step by step. This East West site is a great choice for personal banking. Very friendly to the seniors. Highly recommend!
