We use East West Bank for both our personal and business account, and this is by far the best bank I have experienced. They are always here when we need them. Last year, middle of the afternoon, one of my delivery trucks broke down, i needed to buy a replacement truck right away for the next day deliveries, i went to a dealer, found one, called the bank at 4:20pm telling them I need a cashier check right away, they did it and waited for me to get it despite they were closing soon. This is the best branch office I ever visited. My family and I visited several Eastwest branches in OC/SAn Gabriel Valley areas, the employees work at Jamboree location always welcome you and give a quick and knowledgeable solution when I walked in and needed a help. We also like the privacy environment at this location. Will recommend friends to go with this branch.
I am a banker with over 50 years of experience, and I want to share a concerning experience at your Irvine (Jamboree) branch today. For the past year, I have visited this branch monthly to deposit rent checks on behalf of a client who banks with you.
