Not a friendly branch in Irvine! Too many difficult rules that are not bendable. I felt that I was not as important as other customers. They tried everything to keep me from my money.I'm 65 years old with a lot of experience with banking with multiple businesses that we own and this was the worst bank I've ever worked with.
This is one of the best business banking institutions I've used. Highly recommended.
