Not a friendly branch in Irvine! Too many difficult rules that are not bendable. I felt that I was not as important as other customers. They tried everything to keep me from my money.I'm 65 years old with a lot of experience with banking with multiple businesses that we own and this was the worst bank I've ever worked with.
