I have been a patient of Dr Cappel’s for about 8 years now. I have always found him to be an excellent doctor. He is thorough, cautious, prompt, and has shown me great care and empathy on more than one occasion. He will go above and beyond to be there for you when you need him most. Even if i move 3 hours away from Erin, I will drive the 3 hours to keep him as my family doctor. I am 60 years old, and he is the best doctor i have ever had; and having moved around the province a lot; i have had many!!
Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here.
Horrible receptionist so lazy so mean so rude and useless. Please fire her
One word to describe the people that “work” here if you could even call it that. USELESS
