Best in the West for Eastern Medicine. Also an excellent selection of tea and great organic salads and acai bowls!
The Eastern approach here is so beautifully unique. The teas are delicious and mindfully medicinal and the yoga/meditation room is so cozy and openly inviting. If ever you can, ask for a tour of the rooms and most definitely receive a treatment! So many styles to choose from...

EAST is a special place. Their treatment rooms are beautiful and serene and the people working there are wellness-minded. They walk their talk. Any place that offers body treatments AND has a full service tea bar is my kind of place! They have classes also... I love it! <3

A pot of exceptional high-grade organic tea begins the process of calm, a whole body steep in beautiful soaking tub followed by an acupuncture treatment by Miss Syrrah, this is what East is to me . Since the start of my East visits I feel an amazing sense of well being. As a busy professional in a stressful environment, I thank Syrrah Hester, you are an amazing healer and I am grateful to Jill (owner) for following your dream.
