I’ve had a positive experience at East Waterdown Clinic. The receptionist, Stacy, is friendly and helpful with scheduling and follow-up. Dr. Kosminski is an excellent physician who takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things clearly. I appreciate the care I receive. I recommend East Waterdown Clinic and Dr. Kosminski to anyone in need of a family physician. I feel fortunate to be a patient here.
It’s crazy how entitled people are and I find it very strange that I’m a completely new patient here, and all I have witnessed is how accommodating Stacy has been. She is not rude at all, Stacy was also very pleasant to talk to. So please don’t go off of these people’s reviews come witness the clinic for yourself. Never had anything but positive experience here. Dr. Kozminski is super nice and the best GP I've ever had, concerned and involved. Stacy & Everyone at reception also goes out of their way to set my appointments up, do reminders etc. All-in-all, definitely the best family physician and clinic I've had !
