After living in the place for about three weeks - I've had issues with the toilets, carpet is retreating on the stairs, seems in the carpet are clearly visible and unravelling, wrong size blinds in most rooms, furnace went out, there are exposed wires next to my garage that pose a safety hazard and I am unable to find anyone at Century that know who installed the wires or how to handle safety concerns that it poses.
