Incredible place. Best in Hamilton. They're busy but book ahead if you can. Excellent work they do here. Makes other places look like butcher shops. Thank you EVAH. YOU'RE THE BEST.

First off.. I booked a neuter with you guys. This is my first experience at this animal hospital because I am student so I wanted to get a good deal to get my dog neutered that wouldn’t be overly priced. I picked up my dog and everything was fine. But now I’m seeing this attached to the package they gave me. You guys are not dog trainers and you cannot assume that the prong is being used incorrectly. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My perfectly healthy cat(minus this) was diagnosed with diabetes from this place and I was sent home with insulin to give him. I got them to show me more than once how to do it, and even asked questions. I was told to give him too much than what I was supposed to be giving him which resulted in HIM HAVING SUCH A BAD SEIZURE OVER NIGHT THAT IT MADE HIM UNABLE TO USE HIS BACK LEGS AND MADE HIM COMPLETELY BLIND!!!!
