I love Dr. Kothari but the office staff here is rude so I am no longer going to this office. They office staff canceled my appointment without tell me and when I showed up Dr. Kothari was out of town. I told the front desk lady I may find another Dr and she immediately canceled my patient portal.

My last visit was my last visit for a reason. I did not feel listened to, I was given attitude and rudeness just for asking for further testing. I was told nothing was wrong then test proved other wise. And on top of that I was mis diagnosed. They do not take their job seriously and make u feel like an inconvenience. Go to a different location.

Very nice ladies. The entire office is concerned with your care from the receptionist to dr kramer and her np Marcia Flores.

I agree the lady at the front desk is consistently rude. And that is only one of the many things wrong with this place... They forgot to schedule a follow up appointment after my ultrasound and then tried to blame me! "Well did you check out at the front desk before leaving?" DUH! I explained " how could I have made the ultrasound appointment if I didn't check out?!" And that was as their first response, to blame me...
