If I could give a negative star I would. The girl in the office, I believe she is the medical asst was very rude and just rotten on the phone. It took 20 minutes to actually get through to the right person then to be treated as if I'm a bother is just wrong. The office messed up over a month ago and we had called a total of 4 times to get it fixed. Finally, after I called twice in the same hour, I was able to get them to do their job and get my sons prescription sent over to the pharmacy. Such rotten attitude with the office... read more
