Everyone at EV Urgent Care was amazing. My dog, Lincoln, had gotten into a bottle of Aleve and wasn’t doing well. The staff were attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. Lincoln ended up needing to be transferred to an emergency vet, due to needing an overnight stay. The staff made calls and gave us options to pick from with estimated price ranges. Very positive experience! I took indoor/outdoor cat to East Valley Urgent Pet Care as a walk-in late last night because he was limping and bleeding from his chick. I was welcomed by receptionists Elani and Ashanty who were very polite, caring and helpful. After the fast check in process, we were moved to a an exam room where the assistant Kenzie got all the general info for triage. Dr. Kulkarni and every staff member at EV Urgent Pet Care is phenomenal. They all communicated fully what the process was to help our dog and were clear with the estimate. The cost was comparable and fair for her treatment. Feel confident that your pet will be cared for by this team of professionals.
Dr Usiak, Hayley and the entire staff were fantastic to work with. I came in today for Acupuncture on my retired sport dog and they were able to handle him calmly and professionally. The vet team was compassionate and knowledgeable. I will be coming back next week for another treatment.
Brought my dog in on a Saturday afternoon bc he managed to bust open two of staples on his surgery site. Everyone from reception to tech to vet were amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable, listened really well to my concerns about his GI upset, and came up with a good plan to keep him healing without upsetting his GI tract further.
