Dr. Usiak has been such an amazing help to the care of my dog. I brought her in and my dog was critical. She wasnt sure exactly what was going on, but she worked endlessly to get her better. She was truly invested in the care of my dog. She reached out to others to solve the problem, tried whatever she could think of to fix her issue. All in all, she is getting better. I have been to this clinic twice now & each time everyone is very nice & it’s a quick process. On my most recent visit Elani, Theresa, and Rachel were great! As well as DR. Mira Patel.
The whole team here has been absolutely wonderful. My dog ate something she shouldn't have, and from the moment I called, everyone was incredibly compassionate, prompt, and professional. A huge thank you to Elani, Ariand, Hayley, Theresa, and Bri for taking such great care of us. Even after we were seen by the doctor and discharged for the night, they patiently answered all of my follow-up questions the next day—and they even checked in on us the 3rd day to see how she was recovering.
