The place is great, the place has everything that a bodybuilder or a powerlifter needs, the staff their are polite, helpful, kind, really the best gym in Phoenix
My grandson Zander works out at East Valley 3-4 times a week. The transformation from when he started to now, is unbelievable. He is strong, fast and more confident. Thanks to Sam and East Valley, he is now 10-0 in his Jiu Jitsu tournaments and is really stepping up his game in tackle football. Sam is really great with everyone he trains especially the kids! Excellent gym with a bunch of equipment and coaches that know their shit and care. The programming is great, if you want it, but you can just free gym. The strongfit program is a solid mix of cardio and weights, without all the olympic lifting that has plagued crossfit for so long, and it has really helped me quickly regain a ton of my lost fitness after being out for several years. Do like.
Love this gym! It is great, everyone is so nice, friendly and supportive. Sam has been an incredible trainer! So glad my daughter recommended this gym!
This place keeps charging my card even though I cancel and close my subscription. My husband went inside the gym that he originally registered and the manager hide himself.
