I’ve traveled all over North America for work throughout the last 4 years, and East Valley Strength is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The equipment is one of the most curated setups I’ve seen. It has everything you need for CrossFit, powerlifting, and body building. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor, GO!

Great place to train has everything you need and more and accessible whenever you need it.
This is hands down one of the best atmospheres I’ve been in. There are so many pieces of great equipment in this place. I was in town for a few days and went out of my way to come workout here.
From michigan on vacation to visit family and my number 1 thing to find on my list was a strongman style gym to keep up on my training with iron plates and frame carrys and atlas stones and farmers carry bars and axel bars and old school iron plate loadable machines and all of the equipment to train grip cuz thats very important also for moveing heavy stuff from A to B at fastest time possible and daily life so anyway my buddy August the owner has it ALL covered for any style of training so after a day of progress moveing st... read more
