I trained for multiple months at east valley and unfortunately had to switch gyms due to personal reasons but they have an amazing staff and an incredible environment.
When I finally made the switch from commercial gym to East Valley Strength I fell in love with training even more. The vast selection of fun old school machines make working out way more fun. The atmosphere is unbeatable, and 24/7 hour access. When I finished my football season I asked 4 of my coaches who compete in powerlifting for gym recommendations and this gym popped up every time. All of them mentioned how well August knows his stuff, and they weren’t wrong.

This gym is excellent. I moved to Phoenix about two years ago and spent a long time looking for the right place to work out, specifically a place where I could actually train, not just exercise. I wanted an environment focused on getting stronger, doing core lifts and powerlifting sets, and being supported in that style of training. The East Valley location is an absolute gem. Easily the best gym in the east Valley if not the entire valley. Augie and Sam are incredibly nice and welcoming regardless of the time of day.
